Belated publication update

2017 has arrived, and will hopefully give me more time to write things which are not my graduate thesis. That being said, I was able to churn out a couple of pieces:

Accumulation by Dispossession, (Briarpatch Magazine) an article on resource extraction and colonialism in the Canadian context, co-authored with Menominee scholar  Ena͞emaehkiw Kesīqnaeh;

and Before We Left the Forest, (The Future Fire) a short story that explores de-industrialization and mythological themes in rural Russia
